Exploring Far North Queensland

TAG has been helping visitors explore Far North Queensland since 2007.

Earlier this year, Peter Tuck, founder of Tableland Adventure Guides (TAG), announced his retirement from the business after 10 years as director.

Since 2007, TAG has offered visitors to the Atherton Tablelands region of Far North Queensland the opportunity to see many of the lesser known tracks and seascapes available in the area.

In retiring, Tuck has given his successor, Aaron Seipel, his blessings to continue TAG as it began, while bringing renewed passion and vigor to the role.

Matt Marsh, operations manager for TAG, notes the influence Tuck had on his career, while welcoming Seipel as the organisation’s new director.

“Peter has been a fantastic mentor to me for the past 5 years and I want to wish him all the best in his version of ‘retirement’,” Marsh said. “I’m really excited about working for Aaron, he’s got a lot of passion and enthusiasm for TAG and it’s next chapter, the business couldn’t be in better hands.”

Seipel is described as an able outdoor leader and professional guide, having worked with Tuck each winter season since 2011.

TAG has marked the changeover with a refreshed website, which is now available online.
